We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange what you ask us about — a stay, a meal, a wedding or a conference. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to the team at Baluba Game Resort and stored on this website’s server. The companies that host the website and deliver email process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
